Using them together

Budget, economics, bids. In that order.

  1. Estimate your cost per lead. The Ad Budget Calculator gives you a realistic starting point for your platform and market.
  2. Check it against your unit economics. Bring that cost per lead into the Acquisition Calculator to see if your growth target works.
  3. Turn it into bid targets. The Acquisition Calculator links straight to the Target CPA Calculator with your numbers filled in.

Benchmarks are a starting point, not a forecast. Once an account is running, your own data replaces them, as long as your conversion tracking is accurate.

Rather talk it through?

Bring your numbers and I'll tell you where I'd look first.

The tools tell you what's required. They don't tell you how to structure the campaigns or feed lead quality back to the platforms to hit it. That's what I do.
